I made graham crackers using the recipe from my Miette book. Actually I made the batter Sunday night and refrigerated it for use on Monday. Making the batter was a breeze, though it was a bit of a tricky, sticky batter and I was super anxious to bake and taste. Because of this, I didn't take extra time to poke the little holes that graham crackers usually have. So, my cookies didn't come out as pretty as the ones from the bakery, but they were oh so good!
